<strong>Position Summary:</strong><br>We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to manage invoicing, scheduling, payroll, and customer communications. This role offers flexible hours and can be either part-time or full-time. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, communication, and administrative efficiency, helping us continue to grow while maintaining low overhead costs.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Deliver exceptional communication with both clients and team members</li>
<li>Manage invoicing, billing, payroll, and record-keeping tasks accurately</li>
<li>Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, scheduling, and payments</li>
<li>Assist with customer relationship management, fostering ongoing relationships with potential and existing clients</li>
<li>Coordinate appointments, ensuring an organized project calendar</li>
<li>Comply with data integrity and security policies</li>
<li>Attend weekly review meetings and report updates to management</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the 360 Painting team to support day-to-day operations</li>

<li>Punctuality and ability to maintain a reliable schedule</li>
<li>Proficient in basic computer and software applications (experience with invoicing software a plus)</li>

<li>Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude</li>
<li>Previous experience with customer service or phone communication preferred</li>
