ACCREA Medical Robotics Sp. z o.o. is an innovative company in the medical robotics industry. Due to our dynamic growth, the digitalization of processes, and the transition from Excel-based documentation to the modern enova365 ERP system, we are looking for an organized and meticulous individual to support our HR Department in daily operations and implementation processes.

ResponsibilitiesRequirements

• ✓Minimum one year of experience in HR recruitment or administration (experience in the technical/engineering industry is a plus).
• ✓English language proficiency at minimum B1/B2 level.
• ✓Highly developed organizational skills, meticulousness, and punctuality.
• ✓Strong communication, diplomatic, and assertiveness skills.
• ✓Excellent command of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint).
• ✓Willingness to learn and quickly master the enova365 software and the Redmine system.
• ✓Basic knowledge of the Labour Code (knowledge of working time records regulations is a plus).
• ✓Student status in fields such as Human Resource Management, Administration, or Economics will be an additional asset.
