About the Role
<strong>Executive Assistant </strong><br><strong>Location:</strong> Glasgow (Head Office)<br><strong>Salary:</strong> Up to £38,000 (with flexibility for the right candidate)<br><strong>Hours:</strong> Full-time, 35 hours per week<br><br>We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit an Executive Assistant to support at senior leadership level.<br><br>This is a pivotal, fast-paced position offering the opportunity to work closely with a key member of the executive team, providing high-level administrative and operational support across multiple business areas. The role will suit a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a varied environment and enjoys being at the centre of business activity.<br><br><strong>The Role</strong><br><br>Acting as a true right-hand support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of senior leadership operations. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, helping to keep teams aligned, projects progressing, and priorities on track.<br><br>This is a broad and dynamic role, requiring someone who can confidently juggle competing demands, anticipate needs, and operate with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><br>Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring priorities are effectively managed<br><ul><li>Act as a central point of coordination across multiple teams, supporting project tracking and follow-ups</li><ul><li>Attend meetings, produce accurate minutes, and monitor actions through to completion</li><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring priorities are effectively managed</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries</li><li>Support with expense management, including company credit card reconciliation</li><li>Assist with diary coordination where required</li><li>Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard</li><li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships</li><li>Provide wider support across the executive team as needed</li><li>Act as a deputy point of contact during periods of senior team absence</li></ul></ul><strong>About You</strong><br><br>We are looking for a confident, adaptable and highly organised individual who can operate effectively at leadership level.<br><br><strong>You will be:</strong><br><ul><li>Proactive and forward-thinking, with the ability to anticipate needs</li><ul><li>Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li><li>Personable, approachable and confident communicating with senior stakeholders</li><li>Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information</li></ul></ul><strong>Experience and skills</strong><br><br><ul><li>Previous experience in a senior administrative, PA, EA or coordination role</li><ul><li>Experience supporting senior leaders or executives is highly desirable</li><li>Strong IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organisational and multitasking abilities</li></ul></ul><br><strong>Why Apply?</strong><br><br>This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a visible and impactful role within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
