<strong>Customer Engagement</strong>: Greet walk-in and call-in customers and direct to the proper team member(s). Follow-up with customers regarding estimates, items needed for their order or permitting, scheduling and more to help ensure the project continues moving forward.</li>
<li>
<strong>Sales Support</strong>: Assist in preparation of work orders with precision, secure necessary down payments, and finalize payments upon project completion. Assist in updating work orders, ordering materials/items for the work orders, permitting and scheduling</li>
<li>
<strong>Relationship Management</strong>: Maintain strong relationships with both vendors for sourcing and the production team to ensure clarity and quality in all orders.</li>

<strong>Operational Excellence</strong>: Assist in various store operations, ensure all administrative tasks like reporting and invoicing are handled efficiently, and maintain a clean and professional store appearance.</li>
