We are seeking a Hoisting Engineer / Operator for assignment in Southbridge, Massachusetts. The selected candidate will perform a variety of tasks in the operations and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant along with loader operations at the compost facility.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
** This position requires a Massachusetts's Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Class (N) endorsement **
** This position requires a Hoisting Engineer 2A or 2B License **
** This position has an on-call schedule **
Responsibilities
- Preventive maintenance
- Establish and maintain effective sample procedures of plant operations and effluent
- Diagnose operating problems
- Make process control adjustments
- Prepare reports
- Collect samples
- Perform laboratory testing
- Determine proper chemical flow rates
- Maintain shift logs
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- A valid Drivers License
- A Massachusetts's Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Class (N) endorsement
- A Hoisting Engineer 2A or 2B License
- A Massachusetts Wastewater License is a plus
