Kardex UK is seeking an ambitious Area Sales Manager with a background in automated storage, intralogistics or warehouse handling equipment ideally in North West area, to strengthen our sales team in England. #Cumbria #Manchester #Liverpoolcity #Cheshire #Warrington Your tasks You will be responsible for generating, developing and closing sales in order to meet individual/team targets and profitable sales growth. General Field Sales & Account Management work is focused on face-to-face selling and account management activities. This role will require regular travel to our customer sites. Develop, execute and adjust lead‑generation plans to build a strong sales opportunity pipeline. Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. Generate, qualify and convert leads in line with the Kardex sales process. Create value‑driven solutions that meet customer needs and strengthen the Kardex offering. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while managing negotiations and contract closure according to Kardex guidelines. Your profile Proven B2B field sales experience with technical or solution-based offerings Experienced in larger deals and longer sales cycles CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) Higher education or equivalent professional experience Commercial mindset with strong technical understanding Self-driven, structured, and able to own the sales process end-to-end Relationship-oriented, able to listen, analyze, and constructively challenge customer needs Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders and decision-makers Why Kardex?
