Field Services
Our Field Services team is dedicated to customer excellence and ensures that our customer's Ricoh-supported devices and software perform as designed through onsite support. Ricoh’s Field Services team is optimized for responsiveness and quality of implementation. We handle Ricoh technology and print-related software customers across both dealer and direct channels.
Centralized Services
Our Centralized Services organization provides hardware, application, and information technology support to our customers and team members. We offer onsite, offsite, virtual, and global support resources using cloud-based technology, augmented reality, unified knowledgebase, and other innovative tools to provide first-class customer support and solutions.
Managed Services
Our Managed Services team supports customer-contracted resources for Ricoh services, solutions, operations, and customer relations. We are committed to delivering customer value and also empower account teams to provide consistent service delivery through a proven methodology and best practices.
