Case Study Remit: To recruit a Global Sales Director for a Private Equity backed International Chemical organisation After a selection process, D2R were retained to identify and secure a Global Sales Director. D2R advised the PE company on the interview and onboarding process, outlining timescales for all aspects of the project. The search was centred around Europe due to the client locations and majority customer base, after extensive research to identify the best and most relevant candidates with pertinent industry experience, a shortlist of 4 candidates was delivered. A strategic sales Psychometric assessment was included after initial interviews had taken place and helped give the client additional validity with regards their decision making process over the course of 3 interviews. 2 preferred candidates were identified for final stage interviews with a successful appointment made shortly thereafter. From being selected to undertake the search project to the offer being made, the timescales were 4 weeks.
