<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong> </p>
</p>
<p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide legal advice and support on children’s and/or adult social care matters</li>
<li>Manage a caseload including care proceedings, safeguarding, and judicial reviews</li>
<li>Represent the organisation in court, tribunals, and hearings</li>
<li>Advise officers and elected members on relevant legislation and risk</li>
<li>Draft legal documents, reports, and correspondence</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practice</li>
</ul>
