Customer Support Specialist (German and English):
Readiness to work in a shift system
High empathy and engagement in customer interactions
Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Good computer and office-system skills
Confident written and verbal communication
Good English skills at minimum B2 level
Fluent German at C1 level
Customer service experience as an additional asset

Meeting the quality and performance targets set for the team
Actively participating in training and onboarding to reach full independence quickly
Working with the team and supervisors to improve customer service processes
