Reporting into: Sales Director
Location: South West (ideally), with access to Newbury office 3 days per week (negotiable)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic (up to £60,000 for an exceptional candidate)
Additional: £300 pcm car allowance + commission
The Opportunity
Our client is an ambitious, fast-growing business operating as a start-up with an established
brand, created through recent acquisition. They hold the exclusive licence in England for a
leading digital signage software solution, offering a highly differentiated proposition within
their market.
This is a pivotal Sales Manager role, responsible for driving revenue across a multi-product
offering and playing a key role in shaping future sales growth. The successful candidate will have clear progression path to build and manage a regional BDM team
The Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales across three core
revenue streams:
- Hardware sales - supplying digital display hardware such as screens (plug-and-play
solutions)
- Software sales - digital signage software integrated with customer CRM systems
- Leasing solutions - recurring revenue model supported by a leasing structure
You will work closely with an experienced software support team, who manage API integrations
and technical onboarding, allowing you to focus on selling and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales activity across hardware, software, and leasing products- Sell a regulated, process-driven solution, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the sales cycle
- Build and leverage a strong network within estate agents and property-related firms
- Manage and grow recurring lease revenue, earning commission for the duration of each live lease
- Work collaboratively with internal technical and software teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Develop repeat business and long-term client relationships
- Contribute to the future creation and leadership of a regional BDM team across the South, North, West, and East
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within regulated or process-led environments (e.g.conveyancing, financial services, AML-regulated products)
- Strong understanding of solution-based, consultative sales
- Experience selling technology, SaaS, leasing, or hardware-enabled solutions (advantageous)
- A well-established "little black book" of estate agent or property-sector contacts
- Highly process-driven with strong attention to detail
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated to progress into a leadership role
Package & Rewards
- £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary (up to £60,000 for a standout candidate)
- £300 per month car allowance
Commission:
- o 3-5% of lease value
- o Average lease circa £1,000 per month per branch
- o Rolling commission for the full duration of each active lease
