About the Role
<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Orthopaedic or Soft Tissue Surgeon to join a busy, well-equipped 24-hour hospital in North London.</p>
<p>This is an excellent next step for an advanced surgeon who wants to take ownership of complex surgical cases and work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team. The hospital functions as both a first-opinion site and a referral centre, giving you exposure to a varied and challenging caseload.</p>
<p>You’ll work alongside a talented surgical team that includes other Orthopaedic and Advanced Soft Tissue Surgeons, as well as certificate-holding clinicians across multiple disciplines.</p>
<p>The hospital is equipped with a full range of advanced diagnostic and surgical facilities including TPLO kit, spinal surgery equipment, arthroscopy, laparoscopy, endoscopy, CT, and MRI – everything you need to deliver gold-standard care.</p>
<p>This role would suit a surgery certificate holder (or above) who is confident managing their own caseload, enjoys clinical leadership, and thrives in a supportive hospital setting with an experienced 12-vet team.</p>

<p><strong>Hours:</strong> Full-time, 4 days per week</p>

<p><strong>Weekends:</strong> 1 in 6 weekends</p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> North London, UK</p>

<p><strong>Visa Sponsorship:</strong> Available (Tier 2)</p>

<p><strong>About You:</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon</p>
<li>
<p>Experience in orthopaedic and/or soft tissue surgery</p>
<li>
<p>Confident managing a diverse caseload in a hospital setting</p>
<li>
<p>Strong communicator and team collaborator</p>
<li>
<p>Able to demonstrate clinical leadership and mentoring skills</p>
