The role
You will lead and develop the corporate offering, working closely with partners across the firm to grow the practice and service existing clients.
The firm already has a steady flow of corporate work and strong client relationships across multiple sectors. The focus is now on bringing in someone capable of taking that work and building a recognised corporate practice around it.
The person
This role is ideal for a Senior Associate, Legal Director or junior Partner who wants a genuine leadership opportunity.
You will likely have:
- Around 8+ years’ PQE in corporate law
- Strong experience in M&A and general corporate advisory
- The ambition to build and lead a team
- Commercial instincts and the confidence to work closely with clients
