Reception Teacher Warwick

About the role:
justteachers are supporting a primary school in Warwick to recruit a Reception Teacher. This is a full-time role with a September 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has a well-established Early Years team, excellent indoor and outdoor learning spaces and a strong focus on child-centred learning. Staff enjoy regular CPD and a supportive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging EYFS lessons and activities
• Support early literacy, numeracy and communication skills
• Monitor children’s development and wellbeing
• Build strong relationships with families and colleagues

Pre-requisites:

• Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
• Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
• A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
