We are partnering with a leading re/insurance organization to recruit a Client Manager to join a dynamic team driving Treaty business. This is a replacement hire within a high-performing unit, providing the perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in account management and placement services.
About the Role:
This position is central to the smooth running of accounts, acting as a proactive conduit between brokers, clients, and internal operations. While the focus is primarily on Treaty business, there is scope for exposure to Facultative business, offering broader career development opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Treaty client/account management.
Ambition to take ownership and drive client success.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
