From 2018, I worked in Aschheim, our headquarters, and as an industrial engineering project manager I developed, among other things, risk management for production plants and inventory-managed plant spare parts management for maintenance. I then returned to Freising in 2019 as segment manager for building and operating technology and took over its personnel responsibility. I also volunteered for twelve years as a member of the works council and various committees. Since 2021, I have been responsible as department head for assembly with around 100 employees.
