Deputy Treasurer - VR/32053

Delighted to be partnering with a market leading exploration and production business who are seeking a Deputy Treasurer to support the Head of Treasury across the full spectrum of treasury operations. This is a high-impact role with broad exposure and the opportunity to influence strategic financial decisions within a progressive, growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting day-to-day treasury operations, including liquidity management, FX risk management, insurance, and credit support.
• Managing and monitoring borrowing facilities, ensuring compliance with bank covenants.
• Overseeing hedging activities and ensuring accurate reporting of treasury and financial exposures.
• Leading the management and administration of intragroup loan agreements.
• Assessing credit risk and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Driving treasury policy, governance, compliance, and contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Identifying opportunities to optimise funding structures and mitigate financial risk.
