<p><strong>Projects & Data Officer needed in North London Paying £20.92 per hr ref OR101328</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<p><strong>Data & Analysis</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the <strong>collection, collation, and validation</strong> of workforce, pay, and related datasets to support equal pay claims</li>
<li>Match and review data from multiple sources to support <strong>comparator analysis</strong> and evidential requirements</li>
<li>Cleanse and validate datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity</li>
<li>Prepare data to support <strong>financial modelling</strong>, including scenario and cost impact analysis</li>
<li>Produce data summaries, schedules, and supporting materials for legal, financial, and management use</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Project & Stakeholder Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including council services, Legal, schools, and payroll providers</li>
<li>Resolve data queries, gaps, and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Ensure all stakeholders have clear, accurate, and up‑to‑date information</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Governance & Compliance</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain secure, well‑structured data storage, including <strong>version control and audit trails</strong></li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with <strong>data protection, confidentiality, and information governance</strong> requirements</li>
