Our client is a prestigious establishment in central Cheltenham, offering two elegant restaurant spaces in a stylish setting, with an exciting new restaurant opening soon. They’re searching for an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, craft exceptional menus, and help shape the restaurant’s culinary identity from the ground up.

£50,000 to £60,000 per annum

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
Overseeing two restaurants with 30 and 32 covers respectively, delivering outstanding food experiences for discerning guests
Creating inspiring menus that combine creativity with consistency and quality
Recruiting, developing, and leading a professional and passionate kitchen brigade
Managing kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service, excellent standards, and strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Working closely with senior management to establish the culinary style and uphold the restaurant’s prestigious reputation
