This leader is accountable for achieving regional financial and operational goals by partnering with clinic leadership to optimize patient access, provider productivity, and overall clinic performance.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">The RVP fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while developing high-performing teams and strengthening relationships with physicians, health systems, employers, and community partners. font-size: 10pt;">• Standardize workflows across assigned clinics to drive operational consistency, enhance the patient experience, and reduce unnecessary variation.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Monitor key operational metrics, including patient volume, scheduling efficiency, cancellation rates, and provider utilization, implementing action plans to optimize results.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Partner with clinic leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational scalability.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Hold regional and clinic leaders accountable for timely patient scheduling, effective referral management, and efficient care delivery.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Partner with referral sources, physician groups, and community stakeholders to strengthen relationships and improve patient access to outpatient therapy services.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Support strategies that improve patient retention, plan-of-care adherence, and successful completion of treatment programs.</span><br /><br /></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Financial Performance & Resource Optimization</strong></span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Drive regional financial performance by achieving revenue, EBITDA, patient visit, and productivity targets.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Hold clinic leaders accountable for managing labor expenses, staffing models, and operational costs while maintaining high-quality patient care.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Identify opportunities to improve clinic profitability through operational efficiencies and strategic growth initiatives.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Partner with finance and operational teams to develop and execute annual budgets and performance improvement plans.</span><br /><br /></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Hold clinic leadership accountable for maintaining high standards of clinical quality, documentation compliance, and patient satisfaction.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Provide strategic leadership and direction to clinic directors and operational leaders across the region.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Mentor and develop high-performing teams by fostering accountability, collaboration, and a patient-centered culture.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Clinical degree (PT, OT, PTA, or SLP)</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with increasing responsibility for multi-site management.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams across multiple outpatient clinics, ambulatory care settings, or healthcare service lines.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Demonstrated experience managing financial performance, operational efficiency, and growth initiatives within a healthcare environment.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Experience in outpatient physical therapy, rehabilitation services, sports medicine, or other ambulatory healthcare settings strongly preferred.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">• Experience partnering with physicians, health systems, employers, and referral sources to drive market growth and patient access preferred.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva;
