Business Analyst - Digital / Ecommerce

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with strong digital/product experience to support ongoing ecommerce initiatives. You'll step into a broad role with real ownership, partnering closely with the PM and working across customer‑facing web features, content, search, merchandising, and AI‑driven enhancements.

What you'll do

• Lead BA activity across global web experiences and digital projects.
• Shape scope, translate requirements, and act as the business voice to technical teams.
• Map processes/data flows and drive operational change.
• Collaborate with designers, dev teams, data enrichment, and AI/ML teams.

What we're looking for

• Digital/ecommerce BA experience (B2C, retail/fashion ideal).
• Strong Agile background; able to work cross‑functionally and autonomously.
