<p>A large, well-run primary school in Tower Hamlets is looking for an EAL Teaching Assistant to support pupils who are new to English. You’ll be working with children who need that extra support to settle, communicate and succeed.</p>
<p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p>

<p>Supporting Bengali-speaking pupils with early English development</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Running small group interventions (phonics, reading, speaking)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Helping new arrivals settle into school quickly</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Working closely with teachers and SENCO</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What matters most:</strong></p>

<p>Bengali or Sylheti language skills</p>
