Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. This role requires proficiency in various analytical tools and strong communication skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive financial planning and analysis to support business objectives
Create visually appealing reports
Employ advanced Microsoft Excel skills for modelling, forecasting, and data analysis
Prepare detailed financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for informed decision-making
Maintain organised documentation of financial processes and reports
Communicate findings effectively, both verbally and in writing, to various stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint). PowerBi, Microsoft Navision an advantage
Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial planning principles
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
Background in accounting or finance is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with IT systems relevant to financial analysis is an advantage
