Senior Lettings Manager – £30,000 Basic £35,000 OTE Salford, Manchester We’re looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to lead a busy office, manage a team, and drive business. This is a great opportunity for someone confident, target-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent service. Key Duties: Managing day-to-day office operations Leading and motivating a lettings team Growing the portfolio and winning new business Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants Requirements: Previous lettings experience (senior/management level preferred) Strong leadership and organisational skills Knowledge of lettings legislation MARLA qualified preferred (training available) Full UK driving licence & own car What’s on Offer: £30,000 basic salary £35,000 OTE Career progression Support with qualifications
