About the Role
Multi Trader- Nottingham
O'Neill and Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to carry out basic maintenance duties in Maintenance You will predominantly be working on internals work must have own Tools.
You will need a valid CSCS Card, must have your own tools and be able to provide references.
Multi Trader duties:
Removal of cladding and glazing from the outside of a high rise of Apartment block.
Taking facia of the underneath the roof, panels off the outside walls and putting in some ventilation holes on the walls.
Investigation work to get the building up to fire safety standards, will be on a scaffold so needs to be ok with heights and have all own tools and local.

CSCS Card
Experienced Multi Trader
Located in Nottingham
PPE (This can be provided if required)
