Carer / Support Worker

As a Care Assistant / Support Worker, you&rsquo;ll be at the heart of their mission, providing compassionate, person-centred care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of their clients.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities for Carer / Support Worker:</b></p> <ul> <li>Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.</li> <li>Support clients in meal preparation and feeding as needed.</li> <li>Provide companionship and emotional support.</li> <li>Facilitate social activities and outings.</li> <li>Administering medication.</li> <li>Raising concerns and calling District Nurses / 111 when necessary.</li> <li>To provide light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, washing dishes and changing bed linen when necessary.</li> <li>Promoting independence.</li> </ul> <p>Duties may vary from time to time in line with the need of the service and as agreed with our client.</p> <p>Please note, this role is domiciliary care and supported living.</p> <p>Please note, our client is NOT offering sponsorship.</p>
