Established, reputable Wilkes County law firm seeks a
Real Estate Paralegal with
three to five years of experience in Residential and/or Commercial Real Estate transactions.
The ideal candidate will be
proficient in SoftPro, and
familiar with all aspects of real estate closings, from contract to post-closing.
Title Search experience is a big plus.Candidates
must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be
completely comfortable in a client-facing capacity serving as the " face" of the firm' s real estate practice, confidently providing excellent, memorable service to clients.
Must also
work effectively with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, and support staff.
Knowledge of Clio office management & billing software is strongly preferred.
HIGHLY COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION for the Wilkes County area is being offered, based on experience. Professional
references are required.
Work weeks is
38.5 hours but paid for 40 hours.
Pay: $50, 000.00 - $60, 000.00 per year
