I am recruiting for a Paid Social & Programmatic Executive to join a leading UK consumer business within the travel and leisure sector.
This role sits within a high-performing Performance Marketing team, focused on driving digital growth through paid media channels, with a strong emphasis on programmatic.
The Role
- Manage and optimise programmatic campaigns across key channels
- Support paid social campaign delivery and performance
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key KPIs
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve results
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to refine targeting and strategy
- Ensure high-quality creative and data-led decision making
What They're Looking For
- 1+ year experience in programmatic or paid media
- Exposure to paid social campaigns
- Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills
- Experience working with campaign performance metrics
- Confident communication and stakeholder skills
- Agency or in-house experience welcome

- Contribute to a varied set of technical challenges with real business impact
Your Skills and Experience
- Practical experience with computer vision fundamentals, including object detection or image processing
- Strong Python skills and hands on use of PyTorch
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS is beneficial
- Interest in working across the full ML pipeline, not just model training
- Curiosity, problem solving mindset and a genuine eagerness to learn
- Internship, academic or early career project experience is welcomed
- Any exposure to MLOps or image focused generative AI is a bonus
