Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Inside Sales Representative for a client of ours in Cary, NC. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Responsibilities Support the planned/budgeted growth of the organization Support Business Development efforts by following up on new and old leads Increase Sales through outbound lead calls from the organization’s database Service existing accounts and manage on-going customer relationships Assist in achieving goals related to revenue quota, pipeline, forecasts, and customer satisfaction Resolve post-sale administrative issues for the customer Support Marketing efforts for trade shows, website, white papers, and literature Provide Customer Service support for customers Requirements Bachelor’s Degree 1+ years of relevant experience Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills Must be self-motivated, professional, and a quick-thinker Ability to work in a collaborative environment
