<p>Network Engineer (Azure Networking)</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> UK (Hybrid)</p> <p><strong>Contract:</strong> Permanent</p> <p><strong>Salary:</strong> Competitive</p> <p><strong>On‑call:</strong> Required</p> <p>We&#8217;re looking for a <strong>Senior Infrastructure Engineer</strong> with strong <strong>Azure networking</strong> expertise to design, deliver, and support enterprise‑scale hybrid network environments.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design and implement Azure network architectures (Hub &amp; Spoke, VNets, NSGs, UDRs).</li> <li>Deliver hybrid connectivity using ExpressRoute, Site‑to‑Site and Remote VPN, SD‑WAN.</li> <li>Deploy networking via <strong>Infrastructure as Code</strong> (ARM/Bicep).</li> <li>Manage and secure networks using Azure Firewall, DDoS Protection, and monitoring tools.</li> <li>Support office and campus networking (LAN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls).</li> <li>Troubleshoot complex network issues and produce clear technical documentation.</li> <li>Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams.</li> <li>Participate in an on‑call rota.</li> </ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Hands‑on Azure networking experience (VNets, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Firewall).</li> <li>Strong hybrid networking knowledge (VPN, LAN, Wi‑Fi, Cisco or equivalent).</li> <li>Solid understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP.</li> <li>Experience integrating on‑prem environments with Azure.</li> <li>Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.</li> </ul> <p>Desirable</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft or Cisco certifications</li> <li>AWS exposure</li> <li>Network security and monitoring experience</li> </ul> <p>, </p>
