We are looking for a hands-on Customer Service Team Lead to join our growing team. This is a varied role combining customer service, team coordination, and administrative support across our operations.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring a high standard of customer service while supporting internal teams and helping keep day-to-day processes running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:
•Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
•Supporting and guiding customer service team members
•Monitoring daily activity, including shipped-not-invoiced accounts
•Managing invoicing and supporting accounts receivable processes
•Liaising with warehouse teams to resolve order and delivery issues
•Communicating with couriers and carriers to ensure efficient service
•Supporting onboarding of new customers and account updates
•Assisting with back-office administration, including payroll coordination
•Contributing to process improvements and system integration (Business Central)
• Providing occasional support in warehouse operations during busy periods

What we’re looking for:
•Experience in a senior or team lead customer service role
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills
•Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask
•Experience with invoicing or accounts receivable (preferred)
•Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment
•Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and customer service/CRM systems
