- Experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Developer with strong expertise in the Sales module to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise CRM solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and external applications.
- Develop and enhance custom plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including sales processes, work orders, scheduling, and resource management.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support application testing, deployment activities, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly the Sales module.
- Experience integrating D365 with external applications using Web APIs and Azure Functions.
- Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, and Power Platform Dataflows.
- Good understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Fluent in English.
