The founder has grown the business to almost £30m turnover with a strong margin, protected the balance sheet and created an opportunity to grow the scale of their market domestically & internationally. Short-term decision-making and long-term planning have become increasingly complex, leading to the decision to recruit a strong Finance Director to run the business and allow the Founder to focus on commercial and operational activity. The Finance Director will be responsible for: Producing sharp management accounts and analysis to assess performance and support decisions. Deep influence of finance governance across all commercial and operational activity. Leading IT, HR and Administrative functions. Developing long term value creation opportunities for the business and the shareholders. The package is set around £80,000 - £90,000 with the option to share in the future success of the company.
