What You'll Be Doing Plan and deliver engaging Physical Education lessons for pupils with SEMH needs. Adapt learning to suit individual abilities and education plans. Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, participation and resilience. Create a structured, inclusive and safe learning environment. Work closely with teaching assistants, pastoral teams and senior leaders to support pupil progress. Promote teamwork, healthy lifestyles and positive behaviour through sport.
