About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the day to day purchase ledger processes, ensuring all supplier transactions are handled accurately and efficiently as part of a supportive finance function.
Main Duties
Process a large volume of supplier invoices with accuracy.
Carry out thorough supplier statement reconciliations.
Manage payment runs and deal with supplier issues promptly.
Support the month end process and assist with ledger reporting.
About You
Previous experience within purchase ledger or accounts payable.
Excellent accuracy and organisational abilities.
Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy environment.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions focused approach.
