The school supports pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), providing a nurturing environment with small class sizes, excellent resources and a strong focus on helping every child achieve their potential. The Role As a Primary Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, communication needs and moderate learning difficulties. Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists and pastoral staff, you'll create a safe, structured and inclusive classroom where every pupil can thrive. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs. Create a calm, structured and nurturing classroom environment. Build positive relationships that promote confidence, independence and emotional wellbeing. Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with a range of SEND. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents and the wider school team. Monitor pupil progress and contribute to EHCP targets and individual learning plans. Promote positive behaviour through consistent routines and supportive practice. About You We're looking for someone who has: Qualified Teacher Status (...
