Job Description

We are actively hiring Product Managers for multiple openings across the United States. This opportunity is ideal for international students, OPT candidates, STEM OPT candidates, H1B transfer candidates, and professionals looking to build a successful career in Product Management and Business Strategy.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing product lifecycle activities, gathering business requirements, coordinating with technical and business teams, and delivering customer-focused product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Gather and analyze business and customer requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams
• Prioritize product features and manage backlogs
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback
• Support Agile/Scrum product development processes

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Product Management concepts and methodologies
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and business requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Product Management certifications are an advantage
• Prior internship or project experience in Product Management is preferred
