Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons for Primary or Secondary pupils with SEN, SEMH and additional learning needs. Build positive relationships that support pupils' academic, social and emotional development. Create a calm, structured and nurturing classroom environment. Work closely with experienced teachers, support staff and therapists. Follow individual learning plans and contribute to pupils' progress and wellbeing. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS before starting. Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin your teaching career. Passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs. Positive, resilient and adaptable approach. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
