Develop your teaching practice through high-quality mentoring, training and CPD. What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or achieving QTS before starting. Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive first teaching post. Passion for working with children and young people with additional needs. Positive, resilient and reflective approach to teaching.
