A high-performing, premium independent estate agency operating across Rickmansworth, Chorleywood, Northwood, Watford, Pinner and surrounding Hertfordshire postcodes is expanding. With a strong reputation in the mid-to-upper market and outstanding client satisfaction ratings, the business is now seeking a commercially driven Senior Partner to lead and grow a local hub.
This is not just another agency role. It's a leadership position for an experienced operator who wants to build, scale and benefit from their own business within a proven model.
You'll run your own pipeline while leading a team of self-employed agents—driving performance, culture and growth.
The Role
- Lead weekly in-person hub sessions focused on training, deal progression and performance
- Recruit, mentor and develop a team of self-employed property professionals
- Maintain and grow your own personal sales pipeline and instructions
- Set the tone, standards and output of your hub
- Operate with full autonomy while contributing to wider business growth
Earnings
- 75% commission on all personal completions
- 5% override on all team completions
Example earnings potential: - Personal production (3 deals/month): £194,000 annually
- Team override (4 agents): £34,500 annually
- Total potential: £225,000+

WHO THIS SUITS - Minimum 5 years' experience in residential estate agency
