With small classes of approximately six pupils , you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a genuine difference to every child's learning, confidence and wellbeing. You'll become part of a passionate, experienced and supportive staff team committed to helping pupils with Special Educational Needs achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom and during wider school activities Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging, personalised learning Encourage pupils' social, emotional and communication development Help create a calm, safe and nurturing learning environment Support individual learning plans and EHCP targets Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues Requirements Previous experience working with children, ideally within an SEN, education or care setting A patient, compassionate and proactive approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) What You'll Receive Permanent, full-time position (term time only) Salary of £22,500–£26,500 per year (DOE) Small class sizes of around 6 pupils , allowing you to make a real impact A stunning rural school setting with excellent facil...
