The Role As a Construction Skills Teacher (Plastering), you will: Deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons in plastering and construction skills Teach secondary-aged pupils with SEN, SEMH and additional learning needs Develop pupils' practical skills, confidence and employability Adapt lessons to meet individual EHCP targets and learning needs Maintain a safe, organised workshop environment in line with health and safety requirements Build positive relationships that encourage engagement, resilience and personal development Work collaboratively with colleagues to support outstanding pupil outcomes We're Looking For Experience in plastering or the wider construction industry Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one (where applicable) Experience working with young people or within education is desirable A genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH or additional needs Excellent communication and practical coaching skills E...
