Whether you're an experienced Behaviour Mentor, Pastoral Support Worker, Learning Mentor or have transferable experience working with young people, we'd love to hear from you. The Role As a Pastoral & Behaviour Mentor, you will: Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils with SEN, SEMH and additional learning needs Support pupils in managing behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement with learning Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions to promote positive outcomes Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to implement behaviour support strategies and individual plans Encourage attendance, confidence, resilience and personal development Help create a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment where every pupil can thrive Maintain accurate records and contribute to pupil progress reviews We're Looking For Experience working with children or young people in education, care, youth work or similar settings Experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD, ADHD or behavioural needs is highly desirable Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A calm, patient and resilient approach A genuine pas...
