The Role As Curriculum Co-ordinator, you will: Lead the planning, development and continuous improvement of the curriculum across your designated subject area or key stage Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to secondary-aged pupils with SEN, SEMH and additional learning needs Ensure the curriculum is inclusive, ambitious and tailored to meet pupils' individual EHCP targets and learning needs Monitor pupil progress and use data to drive improvements in teaching, learning and outcomes Support, coach and collaborate with teaching staff to share best practice and promote high-quality teaching Work closely with senior leaders to contribute to whole-school improvement priorities Foster a positive, structured learning environment where pupils can develop academically, socially and emotionally We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Successful teaching e...
