The Role As the school's PE Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons to secondary-aged pupils with SEN, SEMH and additional learning needs Encourage participation, teamwork, resilience and healthy lifestyles through a varied physical education curriculum Adapt lessons to meet individual EHCP targets, abilities and learning needs Build positive, trusting relationships that improve confidence, behaviour and engagement Create a safe, structured environment where pupils can develop physically, socially and emotionally Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists and senior leaders to achieve the best outcomes for every learner We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching PE at secondary level A genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH or additional needs Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills A patient, resilient and nurturing approach to teaching Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) ...
