This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner , Nursery Nurse , or Childcare Practitioner looking for a long-term position with the potential to become permanent. You will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities, positive relationships, and high-quality early years education. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of engaging EYFS activities and learning experiences Promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS requirements Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues Encourage positive behaviour and support children's wellbeing Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times Requirements To be considered for this Level 3 Nursery Practitioner role, you should have: A recognised Level 3 Childcare Qualification (CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Early Years Educator, T Level, or equivalent) Experience working within a nursery, preschool, or early years setting Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Knowledge of child development and early years best practice Strong communication and teamwork skills A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare An Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Benefits Competitive pay of £16–£18 pe...
