<p><b>The Role</b></p>
<p>You’ll play a key role in restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring every repair meets the highest standards.</p>
<p><b>Your day-to-day will include:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Stripping and refitting vehicle panels and components</li>
<li>Carrying out <b>high-quality repairs</b> using approved techniques</li>
<li>Removing dents using professional tools (pin pullers, slide hammers, miracle pullers, panel hammers)</li>
<li>Completing both <b>minor and major filler work</b></li>
<li>Supporting other Bodyshop departments when needed</li>
<li>Helping to <b>train and guide junior technicians</b></li>
</ul>
<p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p>

<li>Proven experience as a <b>Bodyshop Technician / Panel Beater</b></li>
<li>Full UK Driving License</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and a passion for <b>high-quality finishes</b></li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>A positive attitude and willingness to <b>support less experienced team members</b></li>
