MES/SCADA Engineer (Pharma)

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an MES / SCADA Engineer to support digital manufacturing and automation systems within a pharmaceutical production environment. You will work on the implementation, integration, and optimization of MES and SCADA platforms to support compliant and efficient manufacturing operations.</p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Configure, maintain, and optimize MES and SCADA systems used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.</li> <li>Support integration between MES, PLCs, and production equipment.</li> <li>Troubleshoot system issues and support production to ensure system availability.</li> <li>Participate in system implementation, upgrades, and commissioning activities.</li> <li>Support validation and documentation in line with GMP and GAMP5 requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with automation, IT, process engineering, and QA teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Automation, Computer Engineering, Industrial IT, or similar.</li> <li>3-5+ years of experience with MES, SCADA, or industrial digital systems.</li> <li>Experience with platforms such as Werum PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter, Ignition, WinCC, or similar.</li> <li>Understanding of PLC integration and industrial communication protocols.</li> <li>Experience working in GMP-regulated environments.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of ISA-95 / ISA-88 standards.</li> <li>Experience with system validation (CSV).</li> <li>Familiarity with data integration between MES, ERP, and automation systems.</li> </ul> <p>Darwin Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.</p> <p><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/Rmxvcmlhbi5SZWJlbC45OTkwMy4xMjc4NEBkYXJ3aW4uYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif"></p> <p><span style="color: #ffffff">Florian Rebel</span></p>
