Complex Needs Teaching Assistant Location: Loughton, Essex Pay: £90–£110/day (DOE) Duration: Full-time – Mon-Fri (temp to perm opportunities) Start: ASAP / Flexible Closing date for applications: 15 June 2026 Luma Education Recruitment are seeking a compassionate and resilient Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, ADHD, PMLD, and complex learning difficulties. This role involves supporting both learning and personal care needs within a specialist education setting.
