About the Role
Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Location: Peterborough Salary: £22,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE) Contract: Full-time | Permanent | Term-time Start: ASAP / Flexible Closing date for applications: 28th May 2026 Luma Education Recruitment are working in partnership with a school to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD , helping them to engage, progress, and thrive in a positive and structured environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term, stable role within a supportive school setting.
